Radio cost reductions are delivered by reducing unnecessary
radiation and second higher harmonic wave level

Outline |
 |
 |
 |
The transmission power of industrial radio is large, and sufficient
countermeasures against unnecessary radiation and second higher harmonic wave
levels are desired. This time, unnecessary radiation level to the module's exterior
is reduced by the adoption of a metal cap, and a higher harmonic wave reduction
circuit was added, to produce a VHF band industrial radio with 60W output power
amplification module RA60H1317M1. With this product, manufacturing costs are reduced
for industrial radios, because there is less need for countermeasures against
unnecessary radiation and fewer filters against second higher harmonic wave. |

Features |
 |
 |
 |
Reduced unnecessary radiation level
By replacing the usual resin cap with a metal one, the unnecessary radiation level
is reduced to less than 1/3rd (our company comparison). |
 |
Reduced second higher harmonic wave level
By adding a higher harmonic wave reduction circuit to the broad-band matching
circuit, second and third higher harmonic wave levels are reduced to less than
1/10th (our company comparison). |
