On April 1, 2003, Mitsubishi Electric's semiconductor business was adopted by Renesas Technology Corporation, a new company jointly founded by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Hitachi Ltd. Also please note that Mitsubishi Electric Corporation ceased operation of its DRAM business as of March 31, 2003, therefore the technical information service for DRAMs has been discontinued.
