We have developed 2 types of small and highly
sensitive ‘Semiconductor Acceleration Sensors’ perfect for oblique
angle/vibration detection and attitude control systems in commercial
and industrial equipment such as car navigation systems and projectors.
MAS1910P achieved the smallest package area in the industry for resin
mold packages, and MAS1920P is equipped with a biaxial detection
capability in a packaging area equivalent to the conventional uniaxial
detection type. Boh of them have the highest level of acceleration
detection sensitivity in the industry.

By miniaturizing sensor chips and signal processing ASIC, we achieved
the product size of 10.3mm x 10.3mm, the same as the conventional
uniaxial type, even though it is the biaxial type.
